  • What happens if I do not put in the correct address for shipping?
    I will attempt to reach out to you if your address is not found by the USPS or UPS. Please make sure that you are putting down your correct street number and spelling on the street name. If an order is lost due to an error on the buyer's behalf, it will be their loss, and the shop will not be responsible for a refund.
  • Sizing details
    All product listings include measurements for diameter, width, and length to help with selection. Please contact me with any further questions.
  • Are your products "smoke-free?"
    Absolutely. Everything arrives from a smoke-free home!
  • How do I order a wreath that I do not see in your shop anymore?
    Although the item you want may have been sold, I'm here to help you create a unique piece that you'll love.
  • Can you ship more than one wreath in a box at a time?
    To reduce the shipping costs, each wreath needs to be shipped in its box, and thus each box can be used to store each wreath after usage.
  • Custom and personalized orders
    For all custom orders, full payment is required and there are no refunds for canceled orders. Please contact me to bring your home decor ideas to life.
  • Gift wrapping and packaging
    Due to the size of the wreath boxes, we are unable to package or gift-wrap them. However, if you are purchasing as a gift, please let us know and we will include a card at no extra cost.
  • Care Instructions
    All products will fade if left outside in direct contact with the sun or other harsh elements. It is why I encourage you to hang your item under an overhang, awning, or patio cover. Fading of darker colors will be more noticeable than lighter ones.
