Shipping Policy
We ship Mon-Fri only. Orders placed Friday and Saturday will ship on Monday. We ship UPS Ground and USPS Priority, which typically take 1-4 business days for delivery, but can take longer, and we also offer some expedited shipping options. When you place an order, the system will estimate the shipping cost based on weight, size, and shipping options you choose. If actual cost is significantly less than what was charged, we do our best to refund the difference.
Return & Exchange Policy
All Sales Are Final
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Our process begins immediately upon order confirmation, as we aim to provide prompt service and ensure that your unique wreath is crafted to meet our high standards.
Shipping and Delivery
Abunique Designs cannot issue refunds for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once your purchase is handed over to the carrier, the timing of delivery is beyond our control. We ensure that your item is dispatched promptly and entrust timely delivery to the carrier's services.
Damages During Shipping
In the event that your wreath arrives damaged, the responsibility lies with the carrier. Abunique Designs does not refund items damaged during shipping. Customers are advised to file an insurance claim directly with the carrier. Please document the condition of the packaging and the item at the time of receipt, as this will be necessary to support your claim.
Handling Damaged Items
Should your item arrive defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, a restocking fee, and material costs. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we may issue a partial refund if applicable. Please send photographs showing the damage to [your email address] so we can address the issue appropriately.
